We ship across the Asia Pacific region from our atelier in Bali, using EMS and Pos Ekspor Indonesia. Every shipment is tracked.

 

Processing & Dispatch

We do not dispatch an order until payment has been received, within 24 hours of order placement. Once payment is received, we process and ship your order on the next working day.

 

Shipping Rates

Rates vary by destination and by the weight and volume of your parcel. The full list of destinations and their rates is shown below.

• Indonesia — from IDR 23,000

• South East Asia & Australia — from IDR 350,000

• Free shipping applies to ASEAN destinations on orders over IDR 5,000,000 in a single invoice.
   

We do not currently ship outside the Asia Pacific region. If you are elsewhere and would like a piece, write to us at chat@strangebutcool.com and we will see what can be arranged.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from when the order is placed.
 

• Asia — 5 to 7 [working] days

• Oceania — 7 to 10 [working] days
   

Delays in customs are outside our control.

Tracking

EMS and Pos Ekspor Indonesia both provide tracking. We will send your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import charges on arrival, set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a parcel is refused or returned for unpaid customs charges, any associated costs are borne by the customer.
 

If you know you will not be available to receive the parcel, or you need more time to clear customs, write to us at chat@strangebutcool.com. We would hold your order and send it when you are ready.
